Back to Berlin
Coming back after the pilgrimage was honestly a big relief. New challenges lie ahead of me, and I’ll be happy to face them now.

The day after: Kyoto
I came to Japan to collect temple stamps and eat raw fish. Now I’m all out of stamps.

Day 43: closing the circle
My pilgrimage is over. All 88 temples have been visited. A feeling of genuine happiness is with me now, and it’s great!

Day 42: the kechigan’s eve
The word “kechigan” means the act of completing the o-henro. Something I’m about to do tomorrow. I can’t wait!
